Like the best sports coaches, our Success Coaches are part teacher, part cheerleader and part visionary strategist. We want to help you Get Started with your new software, or to successfully Get Restarted if you have not been maximizing the use of your software.
Success Coaching was born from our years of experience in providing support to meet church's needs, and comes from our team of pastors, elders, children's ministers, youth workers and church volunteers.
Get Started Coaching
BASIC ($500)
This option is great for tech-savvy church admins who feel comfortable with self-learning. Delve into our library of free resources and tutorials to execute a successful transition and become a data master at your own pace. You’ll have access to step-by-step Data Import Tutorials, In-App Help and Tutorials, 40+ Essential Learning Videos, including our Education Webinars - over 10 hours of exclusive recorded coaching and training, and live support via email or phone. Plus you will receive custom data migration. Our data migration team will work with you to migrate as much of your data as possible.
ESSENTIALS*($1,000)
First, take advantage of our Education Webinars - over 10 hours of exclusive recorded coaching and training. These resources are tremendous for overall best practices and helping new team members get up to speed. Next, access our pool of trainers** to jump start your software success. Book up to 5 personal training sessions with our experts, who will use video conferencing technology to train you and your team to become data masters.

GUIDED*($1,800)
In addition to the exclusive Education Webinars (above), book up to 10 personal training sessions with a coach dedicated specifically to your ministry. This option is ideal for a busy ministry looking to make the most of all the tools included with our ChMS & Giving software. Not only do we train you and your team, there's ample time for best practice - saving your ministry time, helping you find quick value, and ensuring you're setup to best connect and engage with your community.

PROFESSIONAL*($3,000)
Are you looking for a comprehensive training plan to help you maximize your use of the software? Then this is for you!
You will get UNLIMITED access** to one of our Success Coaches. You coach will meet with you to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of your implementation. Based on that analysis the coach will put together a plan to train and guide you to fully utilize the software to support your ministry processes.

Get Restarted Coaching
RESTART ($450)
If you have been using our system for awhile but still feel like you are barely scratching the surface, or if you church has recently experienced staff turnover, then RESTART is for you. Your account executive will work with you to develop a package that meets your needs at a price you can afford. Then, your coach will help you develop processes and best practices to support your ministry.
FEATURE-FOCUSED ( $150 per hour)
You might want help building out Workflows or setting up Interactions. Maybe you need assistance creating a Schedule for your Volunteers. Or maybe you just need an hour or two of devoted 1-on-1 time with a Coach to get answers to a myriad of questions. We will work with you to get you the training and assistance that you need.
Designed for new users, or current users who want to learn more, the ChMS 101 Virtual Training Workshop is 12 hours of content delivered over four days (Mon-Thu). Workshops are delivered online, are limited to 15 attendees and include a detailed step-by-step workbook. Click here to learn more.
ON-SITE TRAINING ($150/hr + travel expenses)
Increase the ministry impact of your software through in-person consultation and training. We will come to you and work with you and your team in large group, small group or 1-on-1 settings. Sometimes there is just no substitute for face-to-face service.
