Direct ordering is transitioning to a more secure registration form. Your team will no longer need to collect, enter, and store consent forms with sensitive applicant data, like SSNs, which is a serious liability for churches. This will now be tracked and securely maintained by Protect My Ministry. The only information your team needs to order a background check is the person’s name and email address and Protect My Ministry will take it from there.

Another benefit of the new registration form is that applicants are required to confirm SSNs with a second entry. This simple but important addition minimizes typos that can result in unexpected expenses from re-ordering background checks due to incorrect information.

Users will be able to review completed reports and assign an “accept,” “accept with conditions,” or “reject” recommendation for each volunteer.

Custom Menus and packages

No matter your ministry’s needs, your ordering screen can be customized with as many or as few background check packages as needed. A la carte ordering is no longer available with the new, unlimited custom packages.
