Status Report

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Where can I find the Status Report?

A: It’s now easier than ever to find and use. From any browser window, you just go to Attendance > Check-in > Status. You no longer need to launch a Check-in station to access the Status Report.

Q: Am I able to view a Status Report by group?

A: Yes.  You will be able to see the overall status by tracks or individual groups (e.g. preschool, youth, 2nd service) using Group Views. If you don’t see the Group Views option, have your administrator turn them on in Settings and you can create the sets of groups you need.

Q: Can I access the Status Report from any device?

A: Yes.  You can access the status report from any device by logging into browser-based Check-in. For example, you can use your phone to keep an eye on how many people are showing up for each of your classes.

Q: If we have an emergency, can we locate an individual?

A: As long as that individual has checked in to the system, you will be able to quickly see the class they are in and who checked them in. Mobile phone information is right on the screen.

Q: How can I find and contact a parent if I need to?

A: Simply search by the child’s name and the system will find the corresponding parent’s name and mobile phone number. You can even send a text directly from the system.
